1. Acceptance
By using ScanDoc, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
2. What ScanDoc Does
ScanDoc is a document scanning app that lets you capture, edit, sign, and export documents as PDFs or images. All processing happens on your device.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ScanDoc on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
4. Subscriptions
- Free users can scan unlimited documents. Single-page exports include a watermark.
- Premium subscribers get watermark-free exports and multi-page PDF export.
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
- No refunds for partial subscription periods.
5. Your Content
You own your scanned documents. We claim no rights to them. You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to scan and share any documents you process.
6. Prohibited Uses
Don't use ScanDoc to:
- Scan documents you don't have rights to
- Create fraudulent or forged documents
- Violate any laws
- Reverse engineer the app
7. Intellectual Property
ScanDoc, its design, and features are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app.
8. Disclaimer
ScanDoc is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. OCR accuracy depends on document quality and is not guaranteed.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ScanDoc.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
