How do I scan a document?
Open ScanDoc and tap the camera button. Point your camera at the document and the app will automatically detect the edges. Tap to capture, adjust the corners if needed, then save your scan.
Where are my scanned documents stored?
All documents are stored locally on your device. We don't upload anything to the cloud. Your scans are saved in the app and can be exported to your Files app or shared directly.
What's the difference between Free and Premium?
Free users can scan unlimited documents and export single-page PDFs with a small watermark. Premium removes the watermark and adds multi-page PDF export, so you can combine multiple scans into one document.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone, find ScanDoc, and tap Cancel. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your billing period.
Can I restore my purchase on a new device?
Yes. Download ScanDoc on your new device, go to Settings within the app, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
Does ScanDoc work offline?
Yes. ScanDoc works completely offline. You can scan, edit, and save documents without an internet connection. You only need connectivity to share files via email or cloud services.
